It's highly unlikely we'll be able to answer emails between Saturday 28th August and Monday 7th September. If it's urgent, you can still send it, but we can't guarantee an answer. Mobile phone signal in Kielder is also extremely limited but it might be possible to pick up a text message here and there (again, don't expect an immediate response!)
